Shipping & Delivery Policy

PraiseClip is a software service operated by TechChase Digital Solutions. It is delivered entirely online. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, packages or delivery addresses involved.
How the service is delivered
- Free plan: your account and workspace are available immediately after you sign up. There is nothing to wait for.
- Paid plans (Growth, Business): your plan is activated as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — normally within a few seconds, and the next time you open your dashboard it shows the new plan and its limits.
- Where you use it: through your web browser at praiseclip.com — there is nothing to download or install, and no delivery to a physical location.
Delivery timeline
Access is instant. If you've paid and your plan hasn't changed within 24 hours, that's a delivery failure on our side and we'll fix it — email [email protected] with your account email and payment ID and we'll activate the plan or refund the payment as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems with the third-party services it relies on (video hosting, payments, email). This is not a failure to deliver, but if an outage meaningfully affects a paid period, contact us and we'll look at it fairly.
Availability by location
The service can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, and which payment methods you can use depends on Razorpay.
