Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

PraiseClip is operated by TechChase Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using PraiseClip, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

PraiseClip lets a business collect video and written testimonials from its own customers via a shared link, moderate what's collected, and optionally publish and embed approved testimonials on its own website.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Content ownership

Testimonials belong to the customers who submitted them and the business that collected them, not to us. We store and serve it on your behalf so the service can work — we don't claim ownership, and we don't use your customers' testimonials for anything other than providing the service to you.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay and are recurring subscriptions that renew and charge automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and what refunds are available. Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects your next renewal.

Third-party services

Video hosting/transcoding is provided by Mux; payments are processed by Razorpay; optional Google sign-in is provided by Google. Their own terms apply to the parts of the service they handle.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fabricated testimonials or abuse of the platform.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Maharashtra.
